Entering The Stream takes you beyond stages 1 through 4 of Calm Abiding practice to experience the power of your mind. Stages 5 through 9 of Calm-Abiding deepen your experience of focused attention even as you experience the liveliness and dynamic energy of your mind.

Our program includes

PLUS...4 weeks of 30-minute group meditation sessions, Monday - Friday, to grow your practice.
Entering The Stream is designed for
meditators who have completed Meditation Is Freedom or who have an established Calm-Abiding practice.
Each stage of the program is tailored to you and your progress, ensuring that you're always moving forward in your practice.
