Entering The Stream

Enter The Stream of your meditation experience

Calm Abiding Stages 1 through 4 introduced the "ready state."

Meditation is Freedom introduced the practice of Calm Abiding and the experience of the ready state. Using the tools of paying attention (windshield/steering wheel/gas pedal) the meditator finds her attention ability to rest continually and comfortably where they choose.

Entering The Stream: Stages 5 through 9 of Calm touches the natural power and liveliness within.

Find the stream of naturally awake awareness within yourself.

As you meditate, thoughts, memories, emotions, physical sensations, and more flows through your awareness like a stream. Learning stages 5 through 9 of Calm Abiding Practice allows you to experience being alive with all of its ups and downs without being knocked off center.

6 Talks and 17 practice sessions

Each successive stage of Calm Abiding will be introduced by a meditation talk:

  • Stage 5: Monday, January 13
  • Stage 6: Tuesday, January 21
  • Stage 7: Thursday, January 24
  • Stage 8: Monday, January 27
  • Stage 9: Monday, February 3
  • Final session: February 7

Meditation talks are offered at 7 PM Atlantic / 6 PM Eastern / 5 PM Central / 3 PM Pacific time.

The talks and discussion that follow usually last 90 minutes.

Daily practice sessions offered twice each day - Monday through Friday - beginning on Tuesday, January 7

  • Morning meditation practice: 8 AM Atlantic / 7 AM Eastern / 6 AM Central time
  • 2nd meditation practice: Noon Atlantic / 11 AM Eastern / 10 AM Central / 8 AM Pacific time

Meditation talks and practice sessions are recorded + shared.

To support your learning, and for those who cannot attend live,

each presentation is recorded and shared as soon as possible, usually within 2 hours of the talk.

At least one meditation session is recorded and shared daily.

A Dynamic Balance

Resilience and strength

Your fundamental openness of heart-mind lends strength to your meditation practice.

Within openness, gentleness and strength come together as one.

Bamboo and Mountains

Your meditation posture mirrors the bamboo, upright, aligned, and resilient.

Your focus becomes like the mountain, steady and unmovable.

No risk!

I am so confident you can achieve mastery of the 4 stages of Calm-Abiding that I'm happy to offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee. After the program, if you're not satisfied, I'll refund  100% of the training fee.

I'm ready to start
